A departure from our typical approach toward fruited sours, Dead Reckoning represents a study in subtlety, while still focusing an eye toward innovation in flavor profiles. Inspired by the iconic tiki cocktail from San Francisco’s James Beard award-winning tiki bar, Smuggler’s Cove. Dead Reckoning employs restraint as vehicle toward investigating more interesting ways of imparting flavor in the liquid versus the heavily fruited sours we’ve been producing as of late.
