2018 I Magredi Pinot Grigio

The Pinot Grigio we are all used to tends towards notes of white peach, light citrus aromas, and a hint of pear. A hint of perfume and a slight spiciness round off this light, easy-drinking white wine, while you can also detect additional aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, or even grapefruit. Straw yellow, the nose presents aromas of flowers. The palate is full and ripe with notes of pear, tropical fruit, and citrus. The finish shows mineral notes and a lively acidity. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, and the juice is left to rest in a cold state before fermentation.
