Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. On the nose, guava and peach mix with hints of fresh herb and candied orange zest. The palate is juicy, with good complexity thanks to a fine tobacco spice character. Light on its feet, this will benefit from some additional bottle ageing.

If vines could tell stories, we would dedicate an entire book to Schablau. Our Winegrower’s Hands have been taking care of these vines for 3 generations, for almost 60 years now. Hot summers, cold winters, Winds, drought and rain the influences of nature, the memory of the vines and the passage of time shape the Character of the “Wine of Memories.”
